Frequently Asked Questions

 

How much does Bee-Ella Fizz Cost to rent?

Since every event is as unique as her, all of our events are quoted individually based on the number of guests, location, service duration, service needs, add on packages and other factors. Basic rentals start @ $650. To get a quote for your specific event please send us a message with your event details to info@bubble-buggy.com and we will be happy to discuss bringing her to your event!


What types of events do we do?

Short answer, EVERYTHING! We do all types of events from weddings and anniversary parties to pop-up shops, corporate happy hours. Bee-Ella Fizz makes a great addition to your brunch, baby shower, graduation party, Mitzvahs and Quinces as well as backyard parties or fundraising event! Give us a call to discuss your event and we will put together a quote.


Do you provide the alcohol for an event?

No. We are a “dry hire” bar. To be in accordance with Florida law, all alcohol and beverages must be paid for directly the Client (ex. The Bride/Groom) or through a third party (ex. Venue or caterer). We are happy to refer you to providers for keg products to suit your event. We do suggest you (or your caterer) pick up kegs the morning of or night before and keep on ice as soon as possible and allow for the kegs to sit for a few hours to alleviate foamy prosecco or drinks. 


What is typically provided in basic rental?

We provide the Bee-Ella Fizz buggy, setup, breakdown, bartender, hookup and service for one (up to two) keg(s) for up to 3 hours and signature menu planning. We can add packages that include the “Pimp your prosecco” mixer packages, paper goods, glass rental or tossware flutes, decorations and other services can be customized for your event.


Can I just rent the buggy?

Yes. We have option to just rent the buggy and supply/staff yourself. We just come, hook you up and come back at the end to pick it up. Proper event insurance is required but let us know if this is something you are interested in. Non-service prop rental is available as well, send us an inquiry and we can look to see what your needs are. However, Minimum rental charge is $300.


Can I have a cash bar?

No. Unfortunatly, in order to comply with Florida law, we cannot collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.


Signature Prosecco cocktails

We know sparkling wine and will provide you with some signature cocktail menu suggestions that can be featured using sparkling wine. With our “Pimp your Prosecco” package we can design custom drinks, mixers and garnishes to make your drinks “pop” and reflect you! We will then provide you with your custom shopping list for an easy experience with any additional alcohol ordering/shopping.


Bartenders?

Typical packages, we provide one attendant for every 75 people. Additional bartenders can be provided for larger events.


What are Bee-Ella's measurements?

She is VERY petite! She measures 4’ wide x 5’4” tall and 8’ long. She will fit through most double doors and even some freight elevators! Her wingspan when service doors open are 3’ on side and rear. Although we trailer her to every event (top speed is 30 mph downhill with a tailwind) she does have a working 50cc engine!


Is she Insured?

Yes. We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance and can provide documents on request.


Is there an hourly minimum?

Although we love a good cocktail “hour”, our minimum beverage service time is 3 hours and includes 2 hours setup and 1 hour breakdown.


What is required for power?

Bee-Ella Fizz needs access to a standard 110v outlet (10 amp) and we will provide our own extension cords. If there is no access to an outlet we will need to coordinate generator service for the event.


How early do you arrive for setup?

Each event is unique and we typically arrive 1.5 – 2 hours before the event start time for set up. We can arrange earlier setup time as needed.


What size kegs does she hold?

We have 2 built in taps. We run both taps from the single keg. If you want 2 products, Her onboard kegerator holds one full size half barrel keg, ( 2)  1/4  or 1/6 barrel kegs. We LOVE our Sparkling wine and Prosecco, but Bee-Ella Fizz can serve beer or anything else bubbling (Lemonade, sparkling water, ginger beer etc.)


Bad Weather Plan

OK, so this is South Florida and we all know the weather can change on a dime! In the event of rain for your outdoor event we have a 10’ x 10” pop up tent or we are happy to coordinate with your tent provider to find the appropriate tent location. Outdoor service may be limited in severe inclement weather (Thunderstorms) if it as safety issue for guests or the buggy.


How far will you travel?

Events within 30 miles of 33498 are included in pricing. Anything outside of that will incur a $0.50 per mile charge up to 75 miles. 


I’m READY to book, what is required to reserve my date?

To reserve any date we require a deposit and completed contract. We can ONLY guarantee a booking once both are received and it is on a first come, first serve basis. Credit card payment swill incur an additional 3% fee. Head to our “Book Now” section and lets chat.
